Three self-contained one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes are located within an easy, flat, two-block walk of Playa La Ropa (La Ropa Beach), Zihuatanejo. Each apartment has independent access from the garden area and is located behind and above the main house on property. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with the basics. Kitchenettes have sink, fridge, and gas stove tops. Free wifi is available in all units as well as on the conveniente palapa-shaded upper terrace. Bedrooms are aiir-conditioned and the living/kitchenette areas have fans. Weekly basic housekeeping and change of linens and towels is included.

Note that the entrance to the property is at street level from which the property rises upward. There are exterior stairsways to climb through the garden area to access the apartments.

The Damiana apartment is the lowest of the three apartments and opens into an entrance kitchenette from which the bathroom is accessed.. The bedroom has a queen bed, table and chairs, and a large closet. It is air conditioned and also has an overhead fan. The windows are screened and openable if you want to forego the a/c for fresh tropical air.

The sitting room opens onto a small balcony that looks out over the tile rooftop of the main house toward the tropical vegetation of the La Ropa neighborhood. It contains a double bed set up as a daybed, a table and chairs, fans, and a closet. Here, too, the balcony door and large screened windows can be opened afford refreshing cross-breezes to the apartment. This room is not air conditioned.

Damiana apartment receives plenty of natural light and is located one level above and behind the main house. It is accessed via stairs and pathways that skirt the main house and meander up through the garden from street level. A shared rooftop terrace is above it with thatched palm (palapa) shade and hammocks.

Damiana comfortably sleeps from two to a maximum of four people. NOTE: the sitting room is not air conditioned but does have both ceiling and floor fans.
